Gin description

Flavor Gin is a strongly flavored clear spirit. Its only mandatory spice is juniper berry, but in addition, gins are flavored with coriander seeds, angelica root, citrus peels, cinnamon, lavender, ginger, elderflower, and many other spices. However, the taste of juniper berry is dominant. Genever is a Dutch or Belgian grain-flavored spirit flavored with juniper berry. The pale yellow oude genever has a taste of grain and juniper berry, while the colorless jonge genever tastes like grain alcohol or a very light gin.
