Gin description
Miner's Gin is an exceptionally rare rarity. The premium distillates are matured by hand in the copper-fired boilers of the oldest Bavarian mountain brewery made of fine juniper and 21 botanicals, then ripened in earthenware barrels deep under the Berchtesgaden Alps in the oldest active salt mines of Germany in 1517. The salt air in the 250-million-year- refined-mild flavors. Miner's epitomizes the aromatic power of the mountain world through its clear juniper spike and at the same time inspires with the help of an armonic mildness, which occurs in oxidizing processes in very old clay barrels at the same 12-degree temperature in the salt mines. The tasteful aromas of the juniper and the variety of the botanical ingredients are displayed on the palate, elegantly the coriander appears in the finish. Lemon is noticeable on the tongue. The storage period is deliberately briefly kept at about three months to preserve the floral notes.
