Gin description
The London dry gin is made with cinchona bark, a traditional source of quinine which has been used as an antimalarial for centuries. It is vacuum-distilled, as are fellow botanicals pink and white grapefruit and lemon peels, for a complex, citrusy lift. 1897 Quinine Gin includes 10 other copper pot-distilled botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, orange, lemon, nutmeg, cassia, cinnamon, orris and liquorice. 1897 Quinine Gin donates at least £5 per bottle sold (over half of the profit) to support Malaria No More UK.
