Developed in the pure tradition of English dry gin, 1924 gin is a 100% French wheat alcohol, redistilled by hand in a Coyac still dating from 1924, heated over a wood fire, in the presence of a selection of 8 plants, including 2 cultivated in the Loire Valley. Organic Agriculture Certification. GOLD Medal - Salon International de l'Agriculture (Paris 2020).
