Gin description

To celebrate the twenty-fifth anniversary of restaurant Elckerlijc we developed a gin with only wild herbs and berries from the immediate vicinity of the restaurant. The rural earth roads and the Drongengoedbos are indeed a paradise for native herbs, berries and mushrooms. For this very personal gin we used include porcini mushrooms, blackthorn, heather, elderberry, holly berry, water pepper, ground elder and medlar. They provide a unique taste that is particular to this soil.
