5020 Gin - the postal code of Salzburg - is a small batch gin with only 75 bottles per batch. It's a vapour infused London Dry Gin, distilled in a small 106l copper still. Everything is handcrafted, including filling the bottles and labelling them. 5020 Gin contains 23 Botanicals (juniper, liquorice, iris root, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, wormwood, clove, cubeb, grains of paradise, sinus berries, coriander, star anise, lemongrass, lime & grapefruit zest, vanilla beans, ginger, mace, Damascus roses, mallow and lavender), giving an intense taste, not dominated by juniper.
