Achse Dry Gin

Gin description

The name "ACHSE" is derived from the Kurpfalz axis. The landmark was planned and built by the Elector. The Electoral Palatinate axis is still visible today and runs from the Königstuhl to the Schwetzingen Castle to the Kalmit - from the Ketscher Rhine bend the Electoral budget was coming to an end. The Kurpfalzachse was lined with mulberries for the electoral silk production. We have the the ACHSE with mulberries added, from where the golden-yellow color results. The book by Wolfgang Schröck-Schmitt "Die Kurpfalzachse Königstuhl - Schwetzingen-Kalmit", contains a contribution to our gin.
