Gin description

Juniper forward with a subtle hint of spice (think Christmas spice), semi-sweet citrus and floral nose leaving a naturally sweet warming finish with the help of Australian grown vanilla beans & almonds. Affinity is batch distilled in our 200L Gin still called "Ding" (If you ever meet Ding, you'll see where the name comes from) We source the majority of our botanicals from small scale farms whilst growing a few ourselves adding them fresh to the botanical basket to help give our gin a exciting sensory experience that can be enjoyed neat or in your favourite gin cocktails.
