Gin description

A partnership with Victoria Harbour and Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. We planted a range of native botanicals, grew them at 883 Collins St, harvested and distilled into a unique gin. Our purpose was to distill a world first gin using native Australian botanicals, grown in urban gardens on a residential metropolitan tower. A true showcase of the urban renewal within Victoria Harbour in an undeniably Melbourne fashion, through our taste buds! A culinary representation of the prospects the changing Melbourne city-space holds and a connection to the land we live on.
