Gin description

Azura gin, from the 1769 Distillery, is infused with butterfly peas, a flower that gives it its indigo color. Add tonic or a slice of lemon, and it will turn purple! Its taste is balanced, dominated by juniper, and balanced by a slight herbaceous bitterness.
