Just as life on the Limes was shaped by the culture of the Romans and barbarians, the Barbar Gin combines Mediterranean spices with local flavors such as apple and elderberry. In addition, this characterful gin is refined with forgotten spices such as fenugreek. Mediterranean Roman spices meet fruity and floral notes in this gin. Barbaric good! Like all fine distillates from the brewing and distilling workshop, we also carefully handcraft the Barbar london dry gin. In our manufactory in Welzheim, we produce unusual and unique gins under Brenner Mark - everything in our family business right down to the seal on the bottle.
