Gin description

A small batch, hand crafted Gin conceived and formulated on Plymouth’s historic Barbican. Distilled in small 30 litre batches in a traditional copper still using our own unique recipe. Bottled at 40% abv with the main botanicals of Milk Thistle providing earthy notes and Fennel Seeds providing a strong smooth finish, this is a classic gin that should not be over-complicated. Fresh and citrusy nose translate to the palate, with undertones of earthy notes and slight sweet finish from the fennel seed.
