Gin description

Adding our hand-picked botanicals to the classic ingredients of a London Dry Gin compose a uniquely fresh, floral and subtly spicy taste profile which has lead us to be named the fourth best gin in Scotland. We use a unique blend of botanicals including: juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange, blackcurrants, ground elder, the stem of a bulrush and bay which are all locally sourced and hand foraged with care by Bardowie Loch. The result: hints of freshly cut grass amongst the citrusy, nutty and subtly spicy freshness.
