What would happen if we aged our strong botanical gin in a hand-charred french oak barrel? The answer is smokey, perfumed deliciousness. They say anything worth having is worth waiting for. We distill our premium gin with a blend of seven botanicals, then let it rest in hand-charred French oak barrels. After spending some quality time together, the piney notes of juniper combine with the vanilla finish from the oak to create a flavor that's unique, but familiar. Enjoy neat.
