This gin achieves a refreshing and crisp flavour from our combined pre and post-distillation infusion. The telltale cloudy appearance is a result of the natural oils of the infused citrus fruits. Keep your Blush Gin in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight, in the fridge is ideal, some sediment will occur over time.
