Gin description
Bollõtâ Gin Gin is an Earth a dry Gin created in Alentejo, the main constituent of the Acorn! It is a dry gin because of its astringency of the fruit. Aromas land, juniper base, thirteen botanists, among which coriander seed, argélica root, rosemary, citrus fruit peel and the "artist" principal, the Acorn. This Gin Bollõtâ is a creation of Chef Pedro Mendes restaurant "Narcissus FernandesII". Chef Pedro Mendes is renowned for its expertise in the product so typical of the Alentejo, Acorn, and even published a book "Resurrecting the Acorn."
