Delicately sweet through the addition of a single drop of honey, Bonnie adds an intricate complexity to the less-is-more mantra through the sole use of juniper and cranberries in the distillation process. Our master distiller slowly distilled this alluring Old Tom Gin in a limited and single batch release, to complement its significant other, Clyde.
