Gin description

Bullards Norwich Dry Gin is a sweet, creamy and enticing gin with a vanilla-like tonka running throughout accompanied by an almost brittle cardamom. It doesn’t stray too far from the Gin path, though, with a huge whack of juniper throughout. Though it starts off soft, that perfumed tonka creaminess lays out something of a red carpet for the cassia, black pepper and cardamom spice, resulting in something of a fiery crescendo. A big, juicy orange wheel calms this down in a G&T.
