Bullards Old Tom Gin is almost otherworldly in its decadence, with a vice grip botanical intensity and a double dose of sweetness from honey and mango. It’s exotic, moreish and utterly enticing – no wonder we keep selling out. This is so sublime and unique that its really worth trying neat over ice. It makes for a big bold G&T and a marvellous Tom Collins, but for pure decadence team up with a Martinez and a square of bitter dark chocolate.
