Following a recent trip to Tokyo, master distiller Jamie Baxter discovered a dazzling display of preserved cherry blossom and returned to the UK eager to create a Burleighs expression with a difference. Using Burleighs traditional London dry recipe, our PINK edition is distilled along with the Japanese cherry blossom, pink grapefruit, hibiscus and rose flowers, resulting in a vibrant, smooth and fresh gin. Bottled in a beautiful eye catching opaque pink bottle, Burleighs Pink edition captures the very essence of all that is Pink within the recipe.
