Four friends of the Aalst carnival group Possensje along with distillery De Moor from Aalst made an original gin. Caepa Dry Gin is a unique spicy citrus gin with 14 botanicals, including angelica, paradise seed, orange and lemon peel. Caepa The name is Latin and means 'onion'. Both the bottle and the label is a modern form of an onion. The gin is sold in limited supply: there are 690 numbered bottles.
