Captains Gin is a London Dry Gin with a tribute to the flying aces of the First World War. The first limited edition is named after the legendary Georges Guynemer. This gin is 53 degrees, a nod to the 53 victories of Georges Guynemer. On 11 September 1917 Georges Guynemer was shot down over Poelkapelle West Flanders. There is still a monument in Poelkapelle which arranged a tribute takes place by the French and Belgian Air Force. The Georges Guynemer Limited Edition Gin is a collector's item of 420 bottles.
