Distilled from grain to bottle in Montréal, GIN375 is a true expression of Québec’s terroir: made with 100% locally sourced grains and botanicals. A new take on an Old Tom, Gin375 is produced with root botanicals. Fresh cranberry, sour cherry and wild rose petals infuse a natural crimson tone with amber reflections. Delicately sweetened with aromatic northern honey. Undertones of wild mint, larch and spruce create a spicy, warm finish. A sipping Gin that is smooth and elegant on its own.
