Gin description
Using the red berries of the Carissa bispinosa tree from the forests of the Southen Cape and the seeds of the Theobroma cacao tree from the Amazonian forests in South America, Coco Carissa is a unique combination. It has a subtle, yet enduring juniper backbone and dark chocolate flavours blending with ripe summer berries. It is a fantastic sipping gin and when paired with berries and chocolate, the flavours are enhanced beautifully!
