Rich cardamom notes married with juicy citrus and floral layers of honey from our family beehives and locally grown lavender deliver a fresh, vibrant gin of exceptional character. Serve with Indian tonic water and a fresh rosemary sprig to create the Garden G&T. This bottle plants 1 square metre of woodland in the Yorkshire Dales, offsetting CO2 and improving the landscape and biodiversity of the area. Hand distilled with 100% green energy, before being bottled and labelled at Cooper King Distillery in Yorkshire.
