Copenhagen Oak Gin is a unique blend of Copenhagen Dry Gin and Copenhagen Orange Gin, which then rests in small Pedro Ximenez Sherry oak casks for three months. This allows the combination of juniper, orange peel and pepper to develop a unique, smooth and balanced flavour.
