Corsair Genever gin is made from a base of 100% malted barley in the traditional fashion. It employs a base of botanicals, including the signature juniper and will possibly be lightly sweetened. Corsair's Genever is a big and bold American take on the classic Dutch spirit. Malty, but with a citrus kick and notes of spices, this is an interesting take on the father of modern-day gin.
