Our Cotswolds Hedgerow Gin is made from an assortment of the finest local fruit and berries macerated slowly in our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin for months and before being slow-pressed, blended and lightly sweetened. We are lucky to live and work in one of England’s most bounteous regions for sloes, bullace and Damson, as well as mulberries and blackberries – all of which make a terrific fruity treat when combined with our rich gin.
