Gin description

12 botanicals are steeped in 96% pure alcohol. After a maceration period, the botanicals are sieved out and the gin is diluted to 40% abv, and filtered 3 times through active carbon.  The result is a full-flavoured gin, to be served in a gin & tonic, or enjoyed on its own, either straight or on-the-rocks.
