Crazy Monday for 8 months on authentic Jack Daniels barrels, resulting in a beautiful golden color. The gin's aromas have surrendered perfectly to the barrel and vice versa. The spicy herbs of the gin have now gone to a lavender sword, a bit of herbs. The citrus tones have melted nicely with the wood, giving a slightly sour orange flavor, light confection even.
