To celebrate the 2016 racing season, our first ever limited edition gin has been specially created for our friends at Manor Racing. Our quest was to make a gloriously fresh and exciting gin using nine of our botanicals from around the world. Enjoy it straight over ice or make the ultimate Negroni. On the nose, initial notes of lime zest, complemented by burnt caramel and buttery shortbread. On the palate, refreshing citrus sorbet, warmed by chili, spice and wood. A homemade Key lime pie finish, creamy and smooth with a long and warm glow.
