Sacred Spring partnered with cocktail institution C.G.R. Merchant and Co. to make New Zealand’s first collaboration gin. We infused our dry gin with cocoa husk and rooibos tea to deliver this serendipitous drop. Our water is drawn from the aquifer that feeds Golden Bay's Te Waikoropupu Springs (The Place of the Dancing Sands), the clearest spring in the world, which has an optical clarity measured to 63 metres. A full bodied dark chocolate taste with hints of tea lingering in the background and juniper undertones. It is a truly unique drop that pushes the boundaries of gin. Try with ginger ale and an orange twist. Trust us. Outside of New Zealand and Australia, Sacred Spring Gin is known as Dancing Sands Gin.
