First discovered by St. Thomas Aquinas in 1265 by divine intervention, Dandelion and Burdock is a proven flavour combination that has stood the test of time. We’ve taken fresh north country dandelion blooms and wild-foraged Burdock and carefully distilled them with our favourite combination of botanicals to create a smooth, contemporary gin built on the backbone of British tradition. We’ve taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather, honeybush to add a floral lift and cola nut and almond to bind the flavours with orris root to add length.
