De Borgen Holland Gin is a unique tasting gin, celebrating an iconic spirit from the 19th century. Holland Gin, the commonly used name for Genever in those days, was one of the popular ‘spirits of choice’ for many pioneers of modern bartending such as Harry Johnson and Jerry Thomas, and maybe one of the largest forgotten spirits in the world. A re-discovery of taste with a genuine historic perspective. Combining Dutch single cask 17 years aged malt wine with traditional 19th century Holland Gin botanicals and contemporary Dutch botanicals, Holland Gin is unlike any gin on the market. Hand produced in small batches, with an exceptional character: Full bodied, aromatic, fresh and slightly malty.
