This particular Gin is composed of natural aromas of poppies, as well as a dozen herbs including beetroot, chicory, angelica, citrus fruits as well as rose petals, without forgetting the essential juniper berries. These aromas of poppies will transport you to the plains of the North, steeped in history. This gin is made the old-fashioned way, in stills, heated over a wood fire, more than a century old. Designed and produced in our certified organic distillery, you will find the terroir of the North there.
