Gin description

Our gin recipe is inspired by the first scents of spring. A real basket of fresh fruit explodes on the nose and in the mouth. The combination of strawberries, rhubarb, pink peppercorns and elderflowers offers real indulgence, the hallmark of our artisanal distillery. For this gin we proceeded in the same way as for our Gin #3 and the unique method of the Distillerie d'Isle de France, by fermentation of fruits and maceration of plants to restore the best of our raw materials and give a unique flavor. to our products. No synthetic aroma or sugar has been added to our juices, their roundness comes only from mature and fermented fruits, which makes all the difference and the particularity of our distillates.
