Ditchling Small Batch Gin

Gin description

Inspired by the history of the local Arts and Crafts movement and foraging with our families on the South Downs, we decided to try and make a gin which resonated with what we love so much. Only made with the best UK-sourced grain spirit, carefully infused with juniper, coriander, angelica, orange, lemon, bitter almond, cassia bark and Sussex spring water. In a classic ‘London Dry’ style, the gin has a smooth, rich taste. The finish has a warm subtle hint of sweet orange.
