Copperpot Gin: Trolden Distillery's Copperpot Gin is our series of distilled gins, made in our small copper stills, hence the name. Using what's called an 'infusion box' (a wire basket inside the actual copper still), the finest nuances of scent and flavor from our fresh botanicals are captured. This provides a truly incomparable taste experience, making Copperpot Gin something very special. DNA: is a classic Premium Gin with a fresh and light touch. The most prominent flavor notes are juniper, elderflower, angelica root, and not least, hand-cut lime peels.
