Gin description

The gin, which is produced using the sous-vide method, remains on the tongue and in the memory for a long time with its lively notes of mandarin and vanilla. All aromas are extracted from the fresh ingredients with the help of a vacuum chamber and a water bath lasting several hours. The result is an unmistakable, complex flavour that is characterised above all by its freshness and lightness. All bottles are hand-labelled, labelled and sealed.
