Gin description
This Genever style gin has been twice distilled with Celt Experience Ogham Willow Beer, making it a 'Pot Stilled IPA Gin'. Notes of chocolate malt and citrus hops lead to a dry juniper finish. Eccentric Gin is a fresh new gin brand from the heart of Wales. It is distilled using local spring water in the cellar of a 200 year old building in Llantrisant.
