Gin description

Botano gin (pronounced Voh-ta-noh). Originally created as a bespoke one-off gin for a 60th wedding anniversary. The couple had holidayed for years in the beautiful Greek islands, loving everything about the destination: the people, the food, the history, the stunning sights and of course the sunshine! This was the inspiration. Paul Miller (co-founder of Eden Mill) happened to be on-site when the spirit was being bottled and had to have a taste …! The rest is history because it is now Eden Mill’s first seasonal gin of 2017! Inspired by the tastes of the Mediterranean, Botano is Greek for ‘Herb’. Infusing a selection of aromatic herbs with zesty lemon and orange peel makes this gin both fresh and fragrant.
