Golf Gin was created in by Eden Mill in homage to the spirit of golf in St Andrews. Due to this association, it makes a perfect birthday gift for the golfer in your life. Eden Mill is Scotland’s original single site distillery and brewery. Because of the synergy with The St Andrews Golf Company evoking bygone days of hickory shafted clubs, Golf Gin was launched in 2016 using seasoned hickory to create the unique flavour of this modern gin on a classic theme. It’s a seasonal gin made in collaboration with golf institutes, using botanicals from golf courses local to St Andrews. You’ll taste the sweet lemongrass notes left on the palate with bursts of mild pepperiness, there are also strong hints of lime, coriander and aromatic spice.
