Elg Gin No. 3 is a “Navy Strength” gin. “Navy Strength” derives from the concept of “proof spirits”, a term which originated with sailors in the 19th century. Elg Gin No. 3 is based on the same three distillates as Elg Gin No. 1. It contains 10% more alcohol than No. 1 and 34% more flavours, resulting in an even higher intensity in terms of both aroma and taste than ELG GIN No. 1. It has more citrus notes compared to No. 1.
