With the help of the award-winning Cotswold Distillery, we hope to quench the thirst of gin favouring guests at Ellenborough Park with our own take on this famously British spirit. Our gin has been created using a blend of spices acting as a nod to the first Earl of Ellenborough, Edward Law, the former Governor of India.The five botanicals used to give the gin its signature taste include cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon and black pepper.
