Ely Gin Special Dry

Gin description

We use a very dry gin with a strong juniper flavour in the production of our fruit gins. While it’s fun to talk about the subtleties of botanicals, these can be masked when the fruits are added. Using a very dry gin instead allows the gin “kick” to come through the fruit, so making the drink more balanced.
