With Enrejado Dry Gin, we wanted to recover the base of the best original gin and we set out to find the most basic balance between flavor and tradition. For this we have chosen four ingredients: the juniper marbles cold macerated for 45 days as a base of unmistakable and main aroma and flavor of the best classic gin. The green cardamom macerated in cold for 45 days that brings exotic flavor and aroma. The fresh orange skin of Spain and the fresh skin of the Spanish lemons macerated for 7 days that bring Mediterranean character.
