Gin description

After fermenting and distilling sugar from sugar beet into our own neutral spirit we then redistil with Juniper, Coriander seeds, angelica root, sichuan pepper, fennel, cardamom pods, bay leaf and citrus The end result is a smooth balanced London dry gin.
