Our recipe, rather like the town, is enchanting and has its own peculiar spirit. Prudence has been engaged when listing our botanicals. Some are obvious (juniper, cardamom, angelica), some not, and some remain a secret to all but Will, Bill and Dr David. Serve with orange, or lemon and try to guess them all! Distilled and bottled in a 160-year-old former herring smokehouse on the North Yorkshire Coast.
