After the great success of Finn’s Gin Chicago Distilling Co started tinkering and improved what many thought was already fantastic. Being Whiskey lovers they decided to barrel Finn’s in Bourbon barrels. It paid off! The citrus and pepper beautifully mingle with the sugary char from the barrels. With enticing notes of oak on the nose and the subtleness of the botanicals deepened, Barrel Finished Finn’s is great on it’s own but stands up well in a cocktail. 90 Proof Whiskey produced at not exceeding 160º proof from fermented mash of not less than 51% malted grain distilled at one distillery.
