In the meadows and fields of Ulster you’ll see the berries that he picks but, as the saying amongst Leprechauns goes, “t’is only Ronan can tell you the what and the which!” But tell it, he never will! Neither under the hedgerows nor on top of the hills will you find Ronan or his magical stills. The Leprechaun guards his privacy like he does his secret botanical recipe. “Efforts to find me all end in confusion, as I gather the berries for my precious infusion,” Ronan chuckles when describing his ingredient gathering escapades throughout the Mountains of Mourne. Using traditional methods, he distills an original combination of botanicals – which we believe includes succulent juniper berries, coriander seeds, cassia bark, angelica root, nutmeg, orange peel and lemon peel. Ronan says that once the aroma of his Gin tickles your nose, and its taste dances on your tongue, you’ll raise a glass to salute him for developing such an endearing and charismatic spirit.
